Description
While many companies have engaged in starting first big data and (generative) AI pilots, only very few have managed to scale up their analytics operations to build a data-driven organization. This is what we tackle in this module. We equip you to become an effective data and (generative) AI leader. By learning how to bring data and AI commercially viable and ethically responsible into your organization, you ensure that the implemented strategies are scalable and sustainable. Working through an in-depth case study of a bank moving generative AI from pilot to enterprise transformation, participants confront the real tensions of use case selection, operating model design, and organizational structure. Our toolset includes project management practices for managing AI value creation, methods for estimating the cost of AI initiatives, and approaches to AI governance. A dedicated strand of the module is devoted to making data compelling: how to present, visualize, facilitate, and tell stories with data so that analytical results actually change decisions. Senior practitioners from the financial services and aviation industries share how data strategy and leadership work in their organizations. Participants close the module by pitching their individual data innovation projects.
