Christian Haude (Executive MBA, M.Sc.)

Christian Haude currently works as the Senior Manager for Data and Innovation at the Lufthansa Group. In this role, he is responsible for developing a comprehensive data and innovation strategy for the global aviation group. Further, he leads strategic projects in the areas of innovation and data leadership.

Christian started his career in the space industry as an electrical engineer at Airbus Defence & Space, working on European space launcher systems. Later, he transitioned to the aviation industry, where he successfully managed international projects in the engine department of Lufthansa Technik in Frankfurt. In addition, he is actively involved as project manager in Lufthansa Group’s ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) initiatives. Since 2018, he has also been working voluntarily on building a primary school in a township of Cape Town, South Africa. This school allows over 1000 children the chance of high-quality education and provides them a better and hopeful future.

Christian’s educational background includes an Executive MBA from the Technical University Munich in cooperation with the HSG (University of St. Gallen), as well as a Master of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from the Technical University of Braunschweig and studied temporarily at the University of Pittsburgh and UC Berkeley.
